How Does It Work

Users will be able to browse all the individual products on the website without an account, but to connect and create house and land packages, users will need to register their details and create a free account.

As a registered user, you’ll start by setting a budget which will form the foundation of which house and land package combinations will be displayed. Begin by choosing whether to search for your home first, or land first. Apply filters to tailor the product to suit your needs and once you’ve found a home design or block which meets your criteria, add it to your Project.  

Once you have one product in your Project, koti will then find matches based on the setback rules for each land estate. These are the distances your home is required to be away from each of the boundaries, and each estate has different requirements. koti will also do it’s best to consider particular blocks’ soil ratings, BAL ratings, and acoustic ratings when providing a price, but please be aware that these are just estimates provided to koti . 

Once you’ve found your match, head over to your workshop to finalise and generate your house and land flyer. Send your enquiry off to your builder and land supplier and they’ll get in contact with you directly.
